Yesterdays sunny weather was the perfect setting for the annual ?Run For The Kids? Fun Run, with 33,000 runners of all abilities descending upon Melbourne?s CBD. Once again we got on board and sponsored Team 100k ? a group of amazing individuals who band together to raise as much moolah as possible for the Royal Children?s Hospital. In fact, for the third year running Team 100k will be the highest fundraising team in the event ? an amazing effort.
All Team 100k members were invited back to Grill?d Degraves for some post run frivolity and the Grill?d Airstream was on hand in the event village to keep runners and spectators well nourished long after the run was done and dusted.

Over the last month we've asked budding scholars across the nation to apply their studies to all things burger related in the pursuit of winning our inaugural Grill'd Burger Scholarship - a year's worth of free burgers. Students were asked to apply their chosen field of study to the world of Grill'd burgers.
The quality of submissions was high (the future of our nation is in safe hands), and ranged from mechanical engineers designing the "Burger Mitt" through to budding Shakespeares penning sonnets in the name of burgers.
After much deliberation, our esteemed judges on the Grill?d Burger Scholarship review panel have today announced the inaugural recipients of the Grill?d Burger Scholarship.
Congratulations to Eliza Crosbie, Jack Henseleit, Summer Liu and Ben Wright. As reward for their scholastic efforts they'll each receive a $1,000 Grill?d gift card to help them further their studies.
