A Statement from Simon Crowe

Monday 27th July, 2015

Our people are, and always will be, our number one priority at Grill’d.

We have always supported Kahlani’s standing at Fair Work Australia & today’s judgement facilitates this. We are supportive of the Judge’s decision that she should not return to the workplace nor get paid as this is in the interest of the welfare of the team at Grill’d Camberwell.

This ruling only applies until the original bullying case can be heard on August 24th. We look forward to the case being heard as promptly as possible.

Grill’d is proud of its standing and its reputation within all the local communities that we operate. We are pleased that the court has accelerated the hearing date so that the matter can be resolved once and for all.

We would like to thank our loyal customers for their continued support, and thank our amazing team across our restaurants who continue to deliver the Grill’d Experience with pride.
