Grill'd Traineeship
Grill’d values learning and is committed to providing opportunities for Team Members to grow and progress in their careers.
At Grill’d, all new Team Members undertake the same first training to ensure consistency across all our restaurants in delivering the Grill’d Experience. Grill’d Trainees complete a Nationally Recognised Qualification through our Registered Training Organisations as follows:
- SIR30216 Certificate III Retail (SA)
- SIT20316 Certificate II in Hospitality (NSW)
- SIT30616 Certificate III in Hospitality (All other States)
The training we provide at Grill’d, including our qualifications, are an essential part of developing our people and providing them with the important knowledge and skills to deliver on our promise...and it’s this training that provides our team members with long term career opportunities - here at Grill'd and in the broader community.
