Grill’d Relish Refer a Friend Terms & Conditions

1. You (Referrer) must be an existing Grill’d Relish Member to participate in this offer.
2. This offer is available for all referral applications made on or before 31 December 2022 (Offer Period).
3. To receive a Grill’d Gift Card:
   1. the Referrer must refer a candidate aged 16 years or over to apply for a role at Grill’d as a Team Member, Future Leader, Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager (Eligible Role) via the Grill’d website at

      during the Offer Period;
4. the person who is referred to apply (Referee) must provide the email address of the Referrer when applying for the Eligible Role; and
5. the Referee must be successfully placed in an Eligible Role and commence employment at Grill’d (Successful Referral).
6. The Referrer will receive a Grill’d Gift Card by email for each Successful Referral in the following amounts:
   1. A $50 Grill’d gift card for each Successful Referral to the role of Team Member; or
7. A $200 Grill’d gift card for each Successful Referral to the role of Future Leader, Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager.
8. The Referrer can refer multiple Referees during the Offer Period.
9. Only one Referrer email address can be included by a Referee when applying for an Eligible Role.
10. Grill’d accepts no responsibility with respect to the collection and provision of the Referrer’s email address by Referees. The completeness of information (including accuracy) is the sole responsibility of the Referee.
