Dollar Donations Terms and Conditions
Dollar Donations is our community sports donation program. It aims to provide support to select sporting clubs in local communities during their 2022 playing season.
Definitions
1. In these Terms and Conditions:
2022 Season means:
(a) for Glen Iris Junior Football Club: 5 May 2022 – 4 September 2022
(b) for Prahran Football Club: 5 May 2022 – 4 September 2022
Dollar Donations means this Dollar Donations program.
Grill’d means Grill’d Pty Ltd (ACN 106 297 394) and its related bodies corporate.
Grill’d Restaurant means any restaurant in the Grill’d business in Australia.
Relish Member means a person who has signed up to Grill’d’s membership program known as ‘Relish’ and who is an active and eligible member at the time of purchase.
Sporting Club means the select sporting clubs listed at clause 2 of these terms.
Eligible Purchase means any purchase of a full priced burger or salad, Mini Me Packs or Dynamic Duos and excludes the Excluded Products.
Excluded Products means any Grill’d product sold at a promotional price including but not limited to discounted product or buy one get one free offers.
Sporting Club eligibility
2. Dollar Donations is open to the following local sporting clubs only:
• Glen Iris Junior Football Club
• Prahran Football Club
Donations
3. Grill’d will donate $1 for every Eligible Purchase by a Relish Member at any Grill’d Restaurant whose Relish account is linked to their Sporting Club during the applicable 2022 Season.
4. If the customer is not a Relish Member, the customer must sign up to become a Relish Member by following the applicable QR code found at grilld.com.au/account/localmatters?lmr=PrahranJFC for Prahran Football Club, or grilld.com.au/account/localmatters?lmr=GlenIrisJFC for Glen Iris Junior Football Club, or on other promotional material distributed by their Sporting Club. This will automatically link the customer’s Relish account to their Sporting Club for the 2022 Season.
5. For existing Relish members, the Relish Member must link their Relish membership account to the Sporting Club by logging into their account via the applicable QR code found at grilld.com.au/account/localmatters?lmr=PrahranJFC for Prahran Football Club, or grilld.com.au/account/localmatters?lmr=GlenIrisJFC for Glen Iris Junior Football Club, or on other promotional material distributed by their Sporting Club.
6. By signing up to a Relish membership and participating in Dollar Donations, customers also agree to Grill’d’s Relish Membership terms and conditions found at https://www.grilld.com.au/legal-information/terms-conditions/grilld-relish-membership-program-terms and Grill’d’s privacy policy found at https://www.grilld.com.au/legal-information/privacy-policy.

7. Participation in or registration for Dollar Donations is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
8. Grill’d reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of a Relish membership and Eligible Purchases and to void any purchase not made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Errors and omissions may be accepted at Grill’d’s discretion. Failure by Grill’d to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
9. The use of any means to disrupt or interfere with the integrity of the donation program is strictly prohibited and may result in any voiding any donations.
10. Any cost associated with accessing the website is the customer’s responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used.
11. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001 (Cth) or similar consumer protection laws in the states and territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, Grill’d (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
12. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, Grill’d (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
(a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Grill’d’s control);
(b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
(c) any application or claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Grill’d) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Grill’d;
(d) any tax liability incurred by a participant.
13. Grill’d reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Dollar Donations program.
14. Grill’d’s decisions in relation to all aspects of Dollar Donations are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
