GRILL’D POLISHED MAN PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions govern the Grill’d Polished Man Promotion (Promotion). By registering and participating in the Promotion, you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions. In these terms and conditions, ‘Grill’d’, ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ means Grill’d Pty Ltd ABN 17 106 297 394 of Level 2, 4-10 Amsterdam Street, Richmond VIC 3121.

Registering

1. The Promotion will take place from 10am (AEST) on Tuesday 2 October 2018 to 11.00 pm (AWST) on Wednesday 24 October 2018 (Promotion Period). Free burgers are redeemable on Tuesdays and Wednesdays only during the Promotion Period, with up to 8 burgers redeemable depending on the day you qualify for the Promotion.

2. To participate in the Promotion, head to http://www.polishedman.com/ and register at any time between 10.00 am (AEST) on Wednesday 5 September 2018 and 11.00 pm (AWST) on Wednesday 24 October 2018 (Registration Period).

3. We won’t accept any new registrations after the conclusion of the Registration Period, but the Promotion will continue for the remainder of the Promotion Period for registered participants as set out below.

4. Anyone can register for this Promotion, including staff members and those under 18 years of age. By registering, you confirm that any information you provide when registering is true and accurate.

Receiving your burger QR code

5. By signing up for the Promotion and donating or fundraising at least $20 on the Polished Man website, you will be eligible to receive one promotional offer for each Tuesday and Wednesday during the Promotion Period. This is in the form of a redeemable QR code, which can be accessed only through the Grill’d App. Upon signing up and raising at least $20, or donating at least $20, you will receive an email with a unique code and instructions to redeem your burgers using the Grill’d App.

6. Each burger QR code will be redeemable for a free burger, on the conditions set out below.

7. Burger QR codes are redeemable on Tuesdays and Wednesdays only during the Promotional Period. Burger QR codes will be available on the Grill’d App at 10am (EST) each day during the Promotion Period. To receive a burger, you must have successfully registered with Polished Man and raised or donated at least $20, ticked the Grill’d promotion check-box when registering and signed up to the Grill’d App by 11.59 pm (AWST) the previous day. 

8. If you reach the $20 fundraising threshold on the day of the Promotion Period, you will receive an email with instructions within 30 minutes. Once you have qualified for the Promotion and registered on the Grill’d App using your unique code, you will continue to receive burger QR codes in the Grill’d App for the remainder of the Promotion Period. Burger QR codes will not be issued retrospectively, so make sure you raise that money quickly to make the most of this offer.

Burger QR code conditions

9. Each burger QR code will entitle you to a free standard burger of your choice (excluding Sliders and ‘Mini Me Packs’, ‘Dynamic Duos’ and any burger from the Specialty Range). Any additions or optimisations to your burger of choice, and any sides or drinks, will need to be paid for separately.  This offer will apply to “dine-in” orders only. The menu restrictions and other conditions of redemption are subject to change under clause 17.

10. Each burger QR code will expire at the end of the day it was issued (Expiry). Any burger QR code that is not redeemed before Expiry will be deactivated and will not be redeemable. Grill’d will not be required to compensate you if you do not redeem any burger QR code by the Expiry for any reason.

11. To redeem your free burger, you must present your QR code on the Grill’d App for scanning at the register at the time of placing your order. You do not need to demonstrate one painted fingernail to redeem your free burger. If your burger QR code is unreadable for any reason, our friendly restaurant staff will do their best to work something out, but please understand if we can’t process the burger QR code on the spot and need to refer you to our support team to resolve the issue.

12. Burger QR codes contain a single-use code that will be deactivated as soon as the burger QR code is redeemed in a restaurant. Please take care to protect your burger QR code and avoid distributing copies or screenshots, to prevent unauthorised use.

13. Burger QR codes cannot be redeemed with any other offer (including Grill’d employee offers). When redeeming the burger QR code in a transaction that includes multiple burgers, the free offer will be applied to the cheapest burger included in the transaction.

Personal Information

14. By participating in the Promotion, you consent to Grill’d collecting and using your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy at: www.grilld.com.au/legal-information/privacy-policy 

15. All information you provide (Personal Information) will be used by Grill’d for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and may be entered into the Grill’d database and may be used by Grill’d, its related entities, agencies engaged by Grill’d, or any other third party nominated by Grill’d, for Grill’d’s current and future promotional and marketing purposes.

General

16. Grill’d may disclose your Personal Information to its franchisees, contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Promotion and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities.

17. Grill’d may, in its absolute discretion, vary the terms and conditions of the Promotion by publishing any such variation on this website or by otherwise communicating the variation to participants in the Promotion.

18. If we become aware at any time that you have breached these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to withdraw your registration and end your participation in the Promotion.
