Leave the fish in the net this Easter long weekend and treat your tastebuds to the freshest burger in town. The Bunny Burger is jam-packed with the highest quality, ethically sourced and locally grown ingredients.
What’s in it, we hear you ask? A rabbit pattie, blended with pork belly and duck fat, on a seeded panini bun, topped with roasted carrot puree, baby cos, pickled onion and carrots. Throw on some whole grain mustard mayo, torn fresh basil and smoked sea salt, and you’ve got a pretty tasty burger on your hands.
We’ve sourced our rabbit from the teams at Aussie-owned Alpine Game Meat and Macleay Valley Rabbits. Like us, these guys love fresh produce and ethical sourcing, and they hate hormones and anything that resembles a chemical. We’re committed to only using the highest quality of ingredients and we think that’s why our burgers taste so damn good.
There’s only a limited supply of these beauties available in each restaurant, so get in fast from Wednesday the 12th. We’ll be serving up the Bunny Burger ‘til Easter Sunday (or until you lot gobble them all up).
