To celebrate our partnership with Splendour in the Grass, we’ve released an awesome new collab, the Splendour Burger by Darren Robertson, award winning chef & Byron Bay local.
What inspires a festival burger you may ask? Thankfully only the good things, like locally sourced pork belly from Bangalow Sweet Pork served with a crunchy fennel and cabbage slaw, smoked sea salt, cos lettuce and finger lime mayo.
Darren Robertson himself said he is “stoked to bring the produce and flavours of Byron Bay to Grill’d” with his limited-edition Splendour Burger. If that isn’t enough convincing for you, we don’t know what is.
Join us for breakfast, lunch and dinner as we serve up burgers and good vibes at our Burger Park at Splendour in the Grass. If you’re not heading to Splendour, don’t stress, we’ll be selling the Splendour Burger at selected Grill’d restaurants around the country. You can also order it online.
We’ll be dishing up this stellar act from Thursday 6 - Sunday 30 July, in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane & Perth, it’s the next best thing to being at Splendour yourself. Splendid.
