All our burgers are gluten-friendly when ordered on our Gluten Free or Low Carb SuperBun, excluding our Amazing Vegan Cheeseburger.
Our salads are gluten-friendly, minus the croutons on the Caesar Salad.
We recommend that our gluten friendly options are suitable for people with a non-Coeliac gluten sensitivity. Gluten-friendly options may come into contact with traces of gluten when we prepare them.
We have three vegetarian burgers and a vegetarian salad (Summertime Salad). Any of our burgers can be made vegetarian by swapping out or subtracting certain ingredients.

We use artisan buns, made with real ingredients the old fashioned way, free from preservatives and refined sugar.
Our beef and lamb is grass fed and free range, which give our patties a natural and flavoursome taste. All our beef and lamb is free from preservatives, antibiotics and all added hormones. We are proud to use RSPCA Approved chicken from Aussie farms with exceptional product quality and animal welfare standards.

We provide options for all tribes and preferences, whether you're high fat, low carb or high carb, low fat or just want a tasty burger without the guilt. In addition, our burgers can be customised or you can start from scratch and build your own. Choose to order your burger without some ingredients (e.g. mayo) or with something else added, building your own burger to your preferred taste and dietary needs.

Nope. Our buns are baked daily using slower, traditional baking methods - no fast-dough or bread-improvers here! We only use simple ingredients – flour, water, salt, oil and a little yeast. Our special ingredient though is our living sourdough leaven, which is now 10 years old and re-grown daily with flour and water. The simple addition of this leaven (or starter culture, some call it) means we don’t have to use preservatives, we can use less yeast, and all whilst giving our buns a unique flavour.
Our dough needs to be rested on the table and knocked-back, to ensure an even texture to the bread before it is cut and rounded into shape and proofed until the perfect size to be baked off. Our bakers work around the clock, 7-days a week to ensure we have the freshest bread at our doorsteps each morning.
Our Gluten Free Buns & Low Carb SuperBuns are free from refined sugar and are preservative free.
Our Gluten Free Bun contains coconut sugar which is more naturally derived than refined sugars.
Our Low Carb SuperBun contains honey which acts as a natural sweetener.
All our burgers (excluding Veggie) are low carb when served on a Low Carb SuperBun. This means they have less than 10% carbs when served on a SuperBun.
In fact, all our burgers (excluding Veggie) on a SuperBun, have less carbs than a single sushi roll!*
Our Low Carb SuperBun is Gluten*, Grain & Dairy Free and made from all natural quality ingredients including free range whole eggs, almond meal and coconut cream. The fats from these ingredients mean that this bun is higher in fat than other bun types. Naturally, the SuperBun is popular amongst people following a low carb diet, rather than a low fat diet.
The free range eggs used in our whole egg mayonnaise are pasteurised, however the actual mayonnaise is not - otherwise we would end up with scrambled eggs. Our mayo is very carefully made with high food safety standards and consumption is a customer choice.
We use a blend of high oleic sunflower, high oleic canola and cottonseed oil. All our oil is non GMO.
We believe it’s an excellent oil for our chips as the oil itself has a neutral flavour, giving our chips the most genuine flavour possible. We also rotate the oil to ensure it’s always fresh.
