We caught up with our friends at Positive Posters recently and they've let us know the response to their positive poster design competition has been huge, with entries coming from all corners of the universe.
With this year's theme being 'A glass half full', the entries have ranged from literal to rather obscure interpretations of the theme.
We've taken a peak at the entries to date, and whilst it's hard to pick our favourite, we were drawn to the poster design below from Lynn Cheung. Maybe it's the terrible weather of late in Melbourne, but the purple gumboots featured in this entry really struck a chord with us.
There's still time to enter (submissions close September 10). To find out more or check out the entries to date visit the Positive Posters.

We love a party here at Grill’d, so when the team behind the Two Blocks Festival @ Melbourne Central came to us in need of some nourishment for their launch party last night, we were more than happy to help out. From all reports our burgers went down a treat!

Love Grill'd

We love a good poster. And we're big fans of the guys at Positive Posters who rally the design troops every year in an effort to design 'a poster that will inspire, challenge and make a positive difference to those who view it.' This year’s brief is 'A glass half full'. If you're a creative type, it's time to start designing (it's free to enter).
Check out the details on the Positive Posters website. Be sure to check out some of last year's entrants. Over the next couple of months we'll check back in and post some of the submissions. It all leads up to an exhibition (with the winners announced) in Melbourne in October.
