Our chefs have a new recipe for our Healthy Fried Chicken and it's tastier, juicier, and crunchier.
Healthy Fried Chicken? Yeah, for real. Because our HFC is cooked in Red Island Australian extra virgin olive oil and has no preservatives, no additives, and no hormones. Better yet, we use 100% Australian, RSPCA Approved chicken breast that’s spent time chillin’ with a bunch of natural herbs.

Why’s it our best? Well, two reasons. One, we now brine our chicken. This is sorta like a spa, and it infuses the flavours of rosemary, sage, thyme, and marjoram real deep. And two, our chicken is wrapped in a new, tastier coating, which is better at picking up an equally new, crunchier crumb. *chef’s kiss*

HFC Classic
Healthy Fried Chicken. Dill pickles. Cos lettuce. Egg mayo. A classic combo so good it's in a whole league of its own.
HFC Smokey
There's regular mayo. And there's chipotle mayo. Pair it with some Healthy Fried Chicken, dill pickles, slaw & Spanish onion, and you’ve got yourself a real smokey winner.
HFC Bonfire BBQ
We take an HFC fillet, our famous pickles, slaw, and Spanish onions and smother it in our Backyard Burger and native Davidson plum barbecue sauce. Saucy!
HFC BLAT
Our take on the café classic. It's got an HFC fillet, crispy bacon, avocado, cos lettuce, tomato & herbed mayo.
