Went out of their way to help being positive and polite about my intolerances. I was made to feel this wasn't a big issue and something they do every day. It was so nice to be treated so wonderfully instead of a hassle for the chef. A huge thank you to that team

Amazing act of kindness I witnessed from someone in the Canberra Centre store yesterday at lunch time. Often there are homeless people that sit at the entrances to the shopping centre and I was so touched to see that a grill'd staff member delivered a bag of food to a needy person. So impressed with the ongoing community support as well as random acts of kindness.... oh and superb burgers. Thanks Grill'd

Just wanted to say that I had a great dining experience with the team at Canberra Central. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and during and after my meal was completed I was asked how everything was. All round good!
