We were taken care of all night. Our order was well over a hundred dollars and was extremely complex. When the staff member served us he was so incredibly friendly and helpful I was awestruck. The speed, efficiency, friendliness... everything was well above standard. I am not a young man and in all my life I have only found service like this on rare occasions. We had our food on two separate tables, we ordered very strange requests to the burgers, overall we really were customers with very specific and somewhat complex requirements... and all of them were met. The food was INCREDIBLE.
Fantastic and fast service. So good for families with young kids!!! Gf food is amazing!!
Tonight was my first visit to Grill'd, from the moment I placed my order right through until all my food was finished I was impressed! I was served by a guy with black hair wearing a blue bandana and even though all I ordered was a take away, I felt that was his no#1 priority! I work in customer experience and have not been this impressed with service and food quality in a long time. I'll be back (please read that in an Arnold Schwartzneger voice) ... with friends! Thank you for the great service.
