Donation Payment Terms & conditions

Overview

These are the Terms and Conditions which govern each use you make of the donation payment services provided as part of Grill’d Pty Ltd Local Matters program in the month of October 2022. The donation follows an initial purchase online and reuses your chosen payment details.

You donation is one-off. Your donation is processed by Adyen, is a separate transaction to payment for your Grill’d order, and 100% will go to the bank account of the charity. By confirming on the Grill’d Pty Ltd Website that you wish to make a donation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for that donation. The amount donated is directly given to the charitable organisation.

Participating entities/charities

Adyen is a Dutch payment company that has been engaged by Grill’d Pty Ltd to facilitate the point-of-sale donations. Adyen is a third-party payment gateway provider as outlined in our privacy policy.

Privacy

Your personal information, including payment details, will not be disclosed to the participating charities.

Refunds

Your donation is non-refundable.

Disputes

All complaints, grievances and disputes should be directed to the charity that you donated to using the contact details above. Your concerns will be treated seriously, quickly and in a timely manner, having due regard to procedural fairness and confidentiality. All parties are required to participate in the dispute resolution process in good faith. If you believe that there has been an error, you should notify the charity involved directly.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Donation Payment Terms and Conditions are governed by Australian law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts. We reserve the right to amend these Donation Payment Terms and Conditions at any time during the campaign period. Upon amending these Terms and Conditions they will be re-posted on the Grill’d Pty Ltd Website.
