grill’d relish membership

1. The Grill’d Relish Membership Program (Program) offers various benefits and rewards to its members, the terms of which are set out in these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with, and subject to, the Grill’d Relish Membership Program Terms and Conditions found here.

2. 8 & Donate

a. Relish Members will automatically be enrolled to participate in the ‘8 & Donate’ program as part of their Relish membership.

b. Each time a Relish Member makes an eligible purchase at a Grill’d restaurant via dine in, At-Table, take away, online pick up at www.grilld.com.au, takeaway, Park & Collect, Drive-Thru or Grill’d Delivery, Relish Members will unlock a badge. Not available via third-party ordering platforms.

c. An ‘eligible purchase’ is a transaction where a Relish membership has been linked to an order (excluding orders from third-party ordering platforms) which contains a minimum of one full priced burger, salad, or super slider. Excludes Dynamic Duo and Mini Me Packs. Free transactions do not count towards an eligible purchase.

d. Relish Members collect a badge by scanning their membership or offer barcode prior to the completion of the purchase transaction (freebie transactions do not qualify). To collect a badge online, Relish Members must log into their Relish account when making an online order (badges cannot be awarded to guest users).  

e. Every time a Relish Member collects their 2nd badge in the Relish 8 & Donate cycle, they will receive communication from Grill’d about a free Snack Chips (with an eligible purchase) offer. Redeemable via dine in, At-Table, online pick up, takeaway, Park & Collect, Drive-thru, and Grill’d Delivery. Not available via third-party ordering platforms. Relish Members have 30 days from the date they achieve this offer to redeem. If a Relish Member does not redeem within this time frame, the offer will automatically expire and will no longer be redeemable.

f. Every time a Relish Member collects their 5th badge in the Relish 8 & Donate cycle, they will receive communication from Grill’d about a free drink (with an eligible purchase) offer. Drink may be an alcoholic beverage 500ml (excludes Cocktails) or less, or one non-alcoholic beverage 600ml or less. Redeemable via dine in, At-Table, online pick up, and takeaway, and Grill’d Delivery. Not available via third-party delivery platforms. Relish Members have 30 days from the date they achieve this offer to redeem. If a Relish Member does not redeem within this time frame, the offer will automatically expire and will no longer be redeemable. 

g. Every time a Relish Member collects their 8th badge, they will receive communication from Grill’d with an invitation to make a choice:  • i. Donate the cost of a Vinnie’s meal to someone doing it tough in our cities through Vinnie’s Food Services and respective state partners (more can be found here) (Donate); or  • ii. Take a free standard Burger, Salad or Super Sliders from the Grill’d Menu (Take). If you decide to Take, your free burger coupon offer will be accessible in your Grill’d App and will also be emailed to you for use at any Grill’d restaurant within 30 days of issue.

h. Relish Members have 30 days from the date they achieve the 8th badge to decide whether to Donate or Take. If a Relish Member does not decide within this time frame, the offer will automatically expire and will no longer be redeemable. 

i. Take is redeemable via dine in only, unless specified otherwise. Take burgers exclude Specialty Wagyu burgers, Build-Your-Own burgers, Dynamic Duo and Mini Me Packs. Add-ons, changes & speciality buns will incur an additional cost.

j. For orders with multiple items, discount for Take item will be applied to the lowest priced eligible purchase item in the order.

k. Coupons for rewards issued under the 8 & Donate program: • i. must be added to your order at the time of purchase; • ii. are redeemable once only; • iii. are not available in conjunction with any other offer or discount unless otherwise stated; • vi. are non-transferrable; and • v. cannot be exchanged for cash or used against a prior purchase.

l. Relish Members can monitor their “8 & Donate” activities at any time through the Grill’d App. Relish Members will also receive an email to their registered email account each time they qualify for a reward. Rewards emails will be sent to Relish Members even if they do not subscribe to Grill’d emails. 

m. St Vincent de Paul will dedicate the Donation collected at Grill’d restaurants in each state or territory to the nominated Vinnies Program in each state or territory.  

3. Relish Student Drink Offer

a. Offer is available to Relish Members who are registered and verified as a Student in their Relish account and can be claimed at all Grill’d restaurants for dine in only.

b. Offer is for one free drink with any full priced Burger, Salad or Super Slider (excluding Dynamic Duo or Mini Me Packs) purchase which may be an alcoholic beverage 500ml (excludes Cocktails) or less, or one non-alcoholic beverage 600ml or less.

c. Main item does not include Dynamic Duo, Mini Me Pack or items from drinks or chips, sides or snacks.

d. To claim the offer, Student must scan the Relish Student Free Drink barcode (as found in Member’s email, web account page or the Grill’d App) at the till at the time of transaction. Offer is only available for one free drink per main item, per transaction.

e. Redemption of alcoholic beverage may only be made by persons aged 18 years or over, with valid age identification (I.D.) for a dine-in purchase. Alcoholic beverages will be served in compliance with local Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements and cannot be provided takeaway.

f. Offer not available in conjunction with any other offer or discount unless otherwise stated. Offer is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or used against a prior purchase.

g. Relish Members can verify they are registered as Student by viewing their account information found in ‘My Account’ on the Grill’d App or on your web account under ‘Personal Details’ after signing into Relish Account online. Student must be attending a High-School, TAFE or University at time of transaction to be eligible to claim the offer and must present valid Student I.D. for verification if requested.

4. Relish Member Birthday Offer

a. Relish Members who have registered a birthday on their Relish Account will receive a Relish Member Birthday Offer on the first of the month of their birthday.  

b. The Relish Member Birthday Offer is for a free Famous Grill’d Snack Chips, Sweet Potato Chips (for one) or Zucchini Chips (for one) with the purchase of any full priced Burger, Salad or Super Sliders, redeemable once daily for 31 days from issue. 

c. Relish Member Birthday Offer is valid for dine in, takeaway, online pick up, At-Table, Park & Collect, Drive-Thru and Grill’d Delivery only. Not available via third party ordering platforms.  

d. If Relish Members sign up or register their birthday during their birthday month, they will be sent the Relish Member Birthday Offer within 24 hours of signing up. 

e. Relish Members can only register their birthday once. If a Relish Member needs to update their date of birth after registering on their Relish Account, they must contact our feedback team. Relish Members may be required to present relevant identification to verify their date of birth.  

g. Offer not available in conjunction with any other offer or discount unless otherwise stated. Offer is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or used against a prior purchase.

5. Grill’d reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, update, change or withdraw a Member offer, reward or benefit or to make changes to these terms and conditions.
