Q. How do I start ordering?
What are you doing reading FAQs?! Hit order now and lets get to it. The estimated order wait time to your location will be shown and then you can start adding items from the menu. When you've finalised your order, click the 'check out' button and run into your chosen Grill’d restaurant. Or drive, your call.
Q. How do I place an advance order?
Click on 'Order for later”. Choose items from the menu and click the 'Check out' button when you're done. We cook your tucker fresh to order based on the time provided. Please note, you can only currently order for the current day.
Q. How long do I need to wait for my order?
The wait time will be shown during your order and during checkout and calculated based on current demand. We prepare fresh to order.
Q. What are the payment options available to me?
We currently accept credit & debit card payments, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
Q. Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value for Pick Up orders. For Grill'd Delivery, a minimum order value of $20 applies.
Q. Where can I leave feedback?
You can drop us a line at grilld.com.au/feedback. Don't hold back, let us know.
Q. Can I get a copy of my receipt?
An itemised copy of your order containing our ABN will be sent to you via email when you order online.

We only collect personal information with your consent, and which is necessary for your order to be placed. We collect this information so we can deliver a great burger experience and tailor our messaging to your interests.
